    \r\nDear Mr. Hartman:
    \r\nMy name is Sheila Vance and I am the Property Manager for Dewberry Downs Townhouse Apartments in Hoover. I am writing this on behalf of my parents, Milton & Nell Smith and myself. A couple of weeks ago, my parents, who live here at Dewberry, where bothered by a pesky rat who had decided to take up residency where he was not welcome. We tried everything we could to take care of the problem internally, but with no luck. We had used Critter Control in the past with great success so we gave you a call again. J.D. was sent out to access the situation and set traps. Within a couple of days, the problem was solved!
    \r\nJ.D. was so professional and kind to my parents. He explained about rats & mice, what to look for, how they could get in. He inspected the townhome from basement to attic and kept us informed with
    \r\nwhat he found. He also came back when he said he would. This meant a lot to my parents as well as myself. J.D. took the time to reassure them that he would be successful. Mr. Hartman, I deal with contractors on a daily basis in the apartment industry. I must say that this was the easiest call I have ever made!   • Thanks to everyone I have worked with on this project. Both the Dayton and Columbus offices were helpful through the entire process.

    It was very nice to actually get to meet the "boss" and get to know him. He was at our home when the insulation was installed in our attic. Also, I really liked the fact that you could email my invoice to me. Even though all of the work totaled over $6500, it was a pleasure doing business with Critter Control.

    I feel confident that this will rid our home of all our critter problems. If not, put ME in the trap!!

  • would like to take a moment to acknowledge the fine work done by your company and the service technician Tim Truitt.

    I scheduled a service call for 1pm today and unfortunately no one was home to meet Tim when he arrived. He contacted us and made arrangements to come back to our home in Fredericksburg after leaving another job inFairfax. If your not familiar with Washington D.C. traffic, this is no easy task.

    Tim was courteous, very professional, and extremely proficient at his work. He removed 5 birds from my home that had managed to enter the wall spaces. All the while he kept me informed about the cost and the work that he would have to do.

    My wife and I are very satisfied with the work Tim performed. Although we would hope we will not require your services again, we would certainly retain your company and recommend you to others.

  • I am not advising you folks to raise your rates, but the $230 I spent yesterday to have the remains of a possum removed from under my deck was money well spent.

    I certainly admire the backbone and moxie of your technician, Wesley Hende (a guess as I can't make out his signature), as he crawled under my deck armed with face mask, latex gloves, and chemicals.

    Good golly, I could not have done that. I hope you pay these people well.

  • I need to tell someone about the wonderful service I just experienced from Critter Control of Rochester Hills.

    My mother recently passed away and when we inherited her 100-year-old farmhouse. We soon discovered that we had a severe problem with raccoons in the basement, cats all over the place and bats in the attic. We were understandably quite distressed and at a loss as to how to solve this problem.

    We contacted Mr. Dean Martin and he gave us an excellent quote.

    Mr. Martin was a joy to work with! He showed-up when he was supposed to, he worked with us to complete the job and he communicated every detail of the job to us daily. He was EXTREMELY professional!

    I used a franchise in my area (Wilmington, DE) to take care of a bird that invaded our home. The person I called was very caring and listened to my concerns about a critter in my house.

    At that time we had no idea what was in the house. She made sure that a gentlemen (Ray) came to see us to get rid of the critter. He even contacted me before he came and let us know when he would arrive.

    He was a pleasure to work with. He spoke with us, caught the bird very quickly and fixed our problem.

    I wanted to write you because I was very impressed with their customer service. In this day and age customer service seems to be a thing of the past. It is nice to know that we can still find a few caring businesses. We intend to tell all our friends, neighbors and family about our experience with this fine local business.
